This is my first 4 player map, and it is geared towards 2v2. I gave each player 3 potential gas nodes as well as a min only, and 2 islands for players to fight over (or share, if they are allies).
Player positions are as follow:
1 - 1
2 - 2
allies are close to each other but have vulnerable min only
1 - 2
1 - 2
allies are farther apart but have much safer min onlies
1 - 2
2 - 1
All players are more vulnerable to a quick, combined rush
I think there are almost 500 doodads, at least 400, but I dont know exact #.
Well, it took me 2 days, and it has been a long time since I've made another map. Comments/suggestions are welcome.

hm, seems risky considering gameplay, but i like how you make a "macro" map quite exposed to rushes. still, getting 3 bases should be not too hard, and this is when it becomes a massing fight.
although it is again symmetrical, i like it somehow
Nightmarjoo
why is the area around the nat only slightly smaller than the main. Huge nat.
it looks boring. It's really open. Massing map as flo said. I don't think the bridges will help t that much with the map being so open.

Small edit:
-more deco
-moved around resources at main for a little more comfort (not smashed up against side anymore)
-nats are a little smaller, although not much
Please remember that this is a 2v2 map, so strategies that apply to traditional 1v1 may not apply to 2v2. Teams will be able to pool the strengths of 2 races as opposed to only 1
big nats are also needed for the high income this map can generate :D although it does take some time to grab all 3
EDIT: made middle much more pertier and a little tighter (from doodads) modified by NoPantsRepublic

yeah 2v2 map, but also perfect for 1v1, i fear those vulnerable minonlies will rarely get to play if there is top vs bottom (which is 66%)
Cosmi
top vs bottom is 33% as far as I can count:-).
spinesheath
depends on the number of players
1v1: 67%
2v2: 33%
for tvb :)
Nightmarjoo
66/33%what
Antares
yeah my idiotness ^^
so i meant 66% to have an opponent in the opposite location in 2v2 :D
