Not many 96x96 4 player maps. The map is made up of 9 islands connected by bridges (actual bridges or land-bridges), it is small and cramped plus the edges of the expos can be hit by tanks giving terran some advantage. All the bridges are blocked or semi blocked.

One of the short bridges leading out of the mains is blocked by a row of crystals at right angles to the bridge (which can be removed by workers) and the other by a row of dark templars arranged in a similar fashion. The land-bridges are blocked by power generators and the long bridges are blocked by psionic emiters arranged parallel to the bridge. When it comes to crossing the dark templar bridges zerg and toss with earlier detection may have an advantage. Horizontal and vertical positions are directly separated by 2 bridges, one blocked by crystals and the other by dark templars so it won't be that easy to just get from one base to another (you will need both workers and detection). Workers carrying crystals cannot mine but can be used to build or to block an army attacking by land. The bridges blocked by psionic emiters can be crossed by smaller units (zeals, high templars, M&M, bats, lings and hydras) although workers can remove the emiters. The map can also be played like and island map.

At first glance I really like it. The thing balance-wise I notice as an issue is that zerg has overlords. This is important because z can scout mineral blocks with ovys and with even just 1 drone drone drill the dts and run lings through, then repeat in enemy's dt wall and then rape. Test to see if that's possible.

No need for drone drill to get rid of those DTs when you got ovies.

lol forgot about that :D Then the imbalance is still there^^

Thanks for your comments. Yes I meant to give zerg and protoss that advantage on purpose since the map is not wide open and the expos are tankable. It is not the "end of the world" for terran though. To reach terran and attack effectively zerg would have to make lings, cross one DT bridge and then the other or cross one DT bridge and have drones remove the crystal block of the other bridge into terran's main (note that DT bridges and crystal bridges alternate). Nothing that a few marines on the other side can't deal with.
