remove the ' from skhadi's, it causes bugs in the url

ok.... i made all bases ling-tight wallable with 1 rax + 1 supply.

-thanatos-style nat mineral-choke arrangement

-all bases's nat's choke fits 2 rax, so all nat's chokes are ling-tight bisubuildable with 1gate 1forge and a zlot in between.

-all bases' nat's nexus and gas are untankable from r-point expos, (unless i measured wrong >_>, i measured 12 tiles + a generous amount)

not sure what to do with middle, but it seems spacey enough
