These are the same as testbug used for Spinel and I think there's also a template for those. So it could be any one...
Have you checked if these have cover bug?

Some weird guees of mine would be that lezerg made this altho it dosen't look like his work he is one of the very few left that hide the author name xd

Humm I like the symmetry, the ramps, the mains, the nats, but although I love min blocks, I really think these are terrible, tankability is really bad, and there is way, WAY 2 much gas in map.. not a single min only.. and 2ble gas in that expo :( bad.. BUT! I do like the map.
Oh and map IMO is crystaldrag's

ABOUT THE MAP:
The tankeable nats are really bad? they are not like icarus or destination? I know, both sides of destination are lowground, but in icarus there's highground tank spot.

Icarus only has a small droppable cliff, Destination has a cliff that is remote from main paths, useful to all races and requires an airborne scout to be used effectively.
Your cliffs are just positionally imballanced, far too easy to access/too hard to defend and likely useless for anything that is not a tank.
