1. Hills which consist of high dirt can't build building.
2. Neutral egg which go into 1,7 location at center is a one unit.
3. Neutral eggs which go into 1,7 location at 3,9 hills is two units.

Decoration and tile spam: Coul use work. Leave spaces between the unbuildable doodads (so that a Pylon/truuret still cannot be fitted in between) and allwo off-grid plkacement and it should look much better. Less snow, more dirt would be good.
Symmetry use: Yeah, but a minor issue, Pro-maps have it, too :P
Wasted space: Where? The NE/SW corners? That's not too much.
