High Sunken Ground ramps using actual "High Sunken Ground" (not really, unfortunately) tiles = invariably bugged.
Seems like another of those thinly conceptualized "I gonna be special by using rare terrain X" maps.
The basilica clutter doesn't look good, needs more detail, but from the state of the deco in general I conclude this is a w.i.p...
