Ok, this is the first map in our mapsuite (götter is the fourth and last)

This is a classic 2 player map with a quite simple layout. I expect Empyrean to post the ideas behind the map since he made the treeain for this one. i merely added a few suggestions :)

btw the hillexpands still seem kinda uneven. First of all the right one still has less building space, and it also has more vurnerable minerals than the left one.

quite a lot of expos, and I cannot make a connection between the map and its name in any way :D

still, a quite solid map with no experiments. should be ok to play :)

It looks very tasty to me, i would play it for sure, but isn't the air expand too much... eh rich? The map is only for 2 players, and there are many expands, so i think this air expand is too much. Look GMSC.

The decoration took me hours. I have custom doodads and doodads from other tilesets. Check out the black mineral expansions!

The minerals don't do anything though. They're just decoration ;)

And, that are sprites, no doodads, or am i wrong? Looks good, but i'd say its to few decoration really. A problem with Ashworld anyway... also you can do a lot with lava, and ground in lava, well. Looks good with these sprites anyway. Even if it's not editable with STaredit (just closes with an error :/)

Yes, those are sprites.

And I should probably spice up the middle, but I can't really do anything about the mains since Dirt is the only buildable terrain on ashworld :[

correct me if I'm wrong, but units can walk through sprites, right?
this will look very strange when dropping a few units directly into those sprites...

Half of the doodads in original SC are sprite-based too. dont start whine about this because that will really piss me off :P

its not like it cant be destroyed. But i know what youire meaning. Since they are sprited they can be placed anyway. Perhaps add normal doodads behind them to fixx that
